Why We Are Here
In rural Rwanda, many children with disabilities are left behind. They face isolation, stigma, and deep poverty. Their families are overwhelmed and unsupported. Schools lack special education capacity.
RTM serves them because this is how Jesus loved – by drawing near, staying present, and walking faithfully with those who are most neglected.

Special Education
Small-group, early childhood special education that helps children learn, communicate, and grow
Caregiver Partnership
Parents and caregivers learn alongside their children, becoming confident partners and brining learning into the home
